Solo attorneys can choose from two types of consulting engagements. Our standard engagement starts with intensive work in building a structured foundation: key attributes and relationships, substantive examination of legal practice areas, relevant experience, and a strategy for how a practice should evolve. While requiring more work up front, this structured foundation is valuable for developing a certain practice area, improving the quality of prospective clients, budgeting time for networking, and targeting effective marketing.
Our streamlined engagement consists of consultations at regular intervals. In each consultation, we examine current opportunities for practice development and marketing, establish a manageable number of attainable goals, and craft a plan for following through.
