Our work with small firms focuses on maximizing its practice development opportunities while recognizing the particular challenges of a small size. We assist partners with defining the firm’s business goals and then choosing, using a structured and methodical approach, which practice development initiatives make the most sense for the firm.
For small firms with partners in multiple practice areas, we assist individual partners with leveraging others’ capabilities in attracting and securing ideal clients. We also assist with establishing relationships with other law firms, including larger firms in the same practice areas and other firms in related ones, that are proven or promising referral sources. Our work continues with evaluating and acting on subsequent practice development opportunities and making sure a firm’s efforts are manageable and profitable.
