We work with partners and associates of medium-sized law firms that may not have in-house business development or marketing capabilities, but still want to tap into the opportunities offered by a firm with multiple practice areas or specialties.

We assist partners with defining the goals of the firm, including objectives related to amount of work, share of work per practice area, profiles of ideal clients, cross-selling of practice areas, and contributions of associates to practice development. We then assess the firm’s practice development and marketing activities, including offline and online initiatives, for their accordance with the firm’s objectives. Our work continues with bringing these initiatives in line with the firm’s business goals and ensuring that it stays on track over time.
